Is there a good Internet connection?
G-Wizard needs to connect to the Internet successfully at least once every 28 days. It may not be successfully connecting.
First, check with your browser--does your machine connect to the Internet okay?
Second, let's give G-Wizard plenty of time. Shut it down and restart it. Don't click or type until it has come up fully and sat for 4 or 5 seconds.
